CHASEAMERICA is actively engaged in recruiting and placing senior management in the commercial sector. According to some forecasts, the U.S. population will increase by 50 percent or 133 million over the next 50 years.  That means there will be a huge demand for office, retail, hotel and resort and other products.  With consumer spending accounting for about two-thirds of the nation’s GDP, it is not surprising that shopping centers are big business.  Our clients include shopping center and office REITS, owners, developers and management companies of hotels, resort and multifamily properties and institutional investors.

We are always looking for quality senior professionals who are experienced in land acquisition, development and construction, as well as leasing up power centers, regional malls, big box centers and lifestyle centers.  Mixed use professionals are most in demand.

Today, about 300 REITS with combined assets of more than $300 billion operate in the U.S.

There are 46,000 shopping centers.  At CHASEAMERICA, we work with REITS that specialize in particular market categories, such as shopping centers, hotels and entertainment and health care facilities.  We recruit financial analysts, VPs leasing, general counsel, CFOS and C-level suite executives. In working with real estate private equity fund sponsors, we identify and recruit talent for their senior asset management teams.  Likewise, we work with commercial banks in recruiting top “work out” professionals.

And even as banks write off tens of billions in mortgage investment losses, equity investors such as pension systems have committed billions to new commercial real estate. For more than 25 years, we’ve represented commercial developers grow as well as downsize. Through the power of our network, we can help current and prospective clients achieve their acquisition or disposition objectives.

Within the Commercial Sector, we have formed a new life sciences specialty practice focusing on working with life sciences companies, developers, investors, economic development agencies and government officials locally and around the world.
